Choose from the following services to keep your home safe from unwanted phone calls, and create inexpensive emergency options for children and senior citizens. All of these features are very easy to use. Should you need assistance, we will gladly help you set-up any features you choose. Or, try out the features on one of the phones at this station.

Warm Line
When you lift the handset, if you haven't dialed within 30 seconds, you telephone will automatically dial an emergency number. This is a very inexpensive way to keep senior citizens, and children safe. If there's an emergency, they can simply knock the phone off the hook, and help will be on its way.
Telemarketer Call Screening
This feature forwards most telemarketing calls to a recording saying that you don't accept calls from telemarketers. It also instructs them to add you to their "DO NOT CALL" list. Best of all, your phone doesn't even ring! This is a very inexpensive way for busy families or senior citizens to avoid calls from telemarketers.
Call Forwarding
You can forward your calls to another phone when you're on vacation or away from home. This protects you, because no one will ever know that you're not at home. Great for people who travel or who are away from home often.
Caller ID Name
See the name of the person calling before you answer the phone. This is great for screening calls from telemarketers, or other callers with whom you don't wish to speak.

Caller ID Call Waiting
See the name and/or number of the person calling, even when you're on the other line. This is also great for screening calls from telemarketers, or other callers with whom you don't wish to speak
Speed Calling [8 or 30 numbers]
Quickly dial up to 30 of your most frequently called numbers by dialing just 2 numbers. Great for households with children or elderly residents who need a simple way to make a call in an emergency.
Caller ID Name OR Number Block [FREE!]
Always have your name or number blocked from being displayed on the Caller ID units of the people you call by simply dialing *67 before you place a call.
Selective Call Acceptance
Only take calls from the people you really want to hear from, by creating a selective call acceptance list. Other callers will be routed to a recording. This shields families from undesirable phone calls.
Selective Call Rejection
This feature allows you to create a list of numbers you don't want to accept calls from. These callers receive a message that says you aren't taking calls at this time. This also shields families from undesirable phone calls.
Call Trace
If you are receiving obscene, threatening or harassing calls, use call trace to have the party's number traced and printed out by East Buchanan. Call trace enhances your security and privacy by helping you to put an end to offending calls.
